Edit your Synergy profile to add a profile picture, contact details, and link your business email addresses to keep all of your Synergy organisation and portal invitations linked in one account.
Accessing your Synergy Profile
In the top right-hand corner of your Synergy screen you'll see your profile picture (this might be your image, or your initials in a coloured box.)
Click profile icon
Click Edit Profile
Updating your details
From your Synergy Profile you can:
Add, change or update your profile image
Make sure your name is correct
Select a Time zone relevant to your location
Change language if required
Add a contact number
Add your address
Enable email notifications and their frequency
Manage your identifies and social logins
See what organisations and portals you have access to
Turn on Two Factor Authentication
Tip: When changing your profile picture, the previous image can be held in your browsers cache, making it seem like you have not changed it. This can be fixed by clearing your browsers cache and reloading.
Add a new email
If you're adding a new email to your Synergy Profile, you can use the Link email option under Identities:
This will add additional emails to your profile. As long as the email in your organisation's staff list is on your profile, you will be able to access that organisation. See this article here for more information about the staff list vs user profile.
