Previous steps: How to recreate my reports
You may need to download a report layout for Total Synergy to troubleshoot your report, or to have it uploaded into your organisation during a migration.
To download a report layout -
Open and Customise the report you want to download.
Triple-click the logo on the Report Page.
At the bottom of the page, click the orange [Download Layout] button.
A text file will download, this is your report layout.
Tips!
Your report name will be named and uploaded based on the name you give your report, make sure this name is something that makes sense to you.
