As part of your migration from Total Synergy desktop to Synergy cloud, Total Synergy will run a trial migration of your database.
Synergy cloud is significantly different to what you'd be used to in v4. It's important that you spend sufficient time in your trial to understand any changes to your day to day process and what to expect when you go live.
