What does the recent contacts dashboard report show?
The recent contacts dashboard report shows the contacts who's records you have recently opened in Synergy.
Actions available
Open contact details
Click on the contact name to open the contact modal to view a brief overview of the contact details
Call Contact
If the contact has a phone number, you can click the phone icon to call the contact.
Email Contact
Select the email icon to send an email directly to this contact.
Open Contact Website
Select the globe icon to open the contacts website in a new tab
