How to filter by multi office

Previous steps: Offices will need to be added first by a System Administrator by going to Settings > Organization > Offices

Quickly learn step by step how to find projects and staff info by filtering by office. Some access levels can also filter by office from the Planning Boards to find info related to project planning, resourcing planning and revenue forecasting.


Project List

  1. Filter by office from the projects list screen by clicking ‘Projects’ from your stats bar or the organisation main menu.

  2. Click the ‘magnifying glass icon’ to reveal the project filters

  3. Select the office you would like to search in the drop-down menu

  4. Click ‘Search’ to view the results

Staff List

  1. Filter by office from the staff list screen by clicking ‘Staff’ from the organisation main menu.

  2. Click the ‘magnifying glass icon’ to reveal the staff filters

  3. Select the office you would like to search in the drop-down menu

  4. Click ‘Search’ to view the results

Planning Boards

Filter by office from the planning boards screen by clicking ‘Planning Boards’ from the organisation main menu.

Follow the below steps to filter by office for the below planning boards:

  • Project Planning

  • Revenue Forecasting

  • Resourcing Planning

  1. Click the ‘funnel icon’ to reveal the planning boards filters

  2. Click the ‘Office’ drop-down arrow

  3. Select the office to filter by

  4. Click ‘Apply filter’ to view the results

Tip: Unable to see the ‘Office’, click ‘+ Add filter’ at the bottom of the left side panel to add Office to your filter by menu.

Follow the below steps to filter by office for the Project Performance planning board:

  1. Click the ‘magnifying glass icon’ to reveal the project filters

  2. Select the office you would like to search in the drop-down menu

  3. Click ‘Search’ to view the results

Follow the below steps to filter by office for the Kanban planning board:

  1. Click on the ‘By Team/Project/Office’ menu bar at the top of the screen

  2. Select ‘By Office’ if this is not already selected

  3. Click on the location name next to ‘By Office’ to select the office you would like to search in the drop-down menu

*Note: Users are not able to filter by office from the Project, Revenue Forecasting, Project Profitability and the Kanban planning boards. Assist Project Managers are not able to filter by office from the Project and Revenue Forecasting planning boards.


Conclusion – All access level users can locate information faster using the office filter from the projects and staff list screens. Project Managers and above also can filter information by office across all planning boards.
