Once the bill has been disbursed to a stage it can be included on an invoice to on-charge to your client.
A bill will appear as a transaction on the stage and can be seen by -
selecting the stage for the invoice
clicking the stage name in the invoice module
viewing the transactions
you can then decide whether or not to include the particular transaction on the invoice.
To view the transaction line on the invoice document you need to include a transaction table in your invoice.
