How to create a project template from an existing project.

Create a predefined set of phases, stages, tasks budget and schedule using project templates.


Creating a template from an existing project

  1. Orgnaisation menu > projects

  2. Open the project you want to create a template from

  3. Click on the ellipses button on the right and then click "Create Template".

  4. Edit the template name, followed by selecting the project type it relates to and a general scope of work, if needed. Click save once completed.

  5. All the fees, budgets and project contacts will be included in this template.


Tip: The template will include the current project manager but you can change this when you set a project up.
