How to add a template to an existing project.

Previous steps: Creating a template

In Synergy, you can apply a template after creating a project. This can be helpful for variations and additional work or if you didn't apply the correct template when setting the project up.


  1. Organisation menu > projects

  2. Open the project you want to apply the template to

  3. Project menu > Plan > Work breakdown

  4. Select the '...' in the top right-hand corner of the work breakdown > apply template

  5. Select the template from the overlay menu

  6. Save the work breakdown in the top right-hand corner.


Tip: You can add multiple templates to an existing project.
