How to Archive Projects

Projects can only be archived if the status of the project and all its stages is Completed or Unsuccessful. Archiving a project will hide it from the default Projects list and no timesheets, expenses, or bills can be allocated to it.

To archive a project:

  1. Open the Projects List and tick the box to the left of the project(s) you wish to delete.

  2. Select the Ellipses icon on the top left above the project number column

  3. Select Archive

If you wish to view any archived projects, use the search filter option in the Projects List to show archived projects.

How to Delete Projects

Projects can only be deleted if they meet the following criteria:

  • The project and all stages within it must be set to Proposal status

  • There must be no transactions or invoices within the project

If the above criteria is met, you can delete a project by following these steps:

  1. Open the project you wish to delete to the Project Details page.

  2. Select the Ellipses button in the top-right corner of the page, then select Delete.

Deleted projects cannot be recovered, so before deleting a project, make sure any information you need has been saved (for example, any files in the Document Register).
