Synergy Analytics Plus is a paid add-on to your Synergy subscription.
To include or remove Synergy Analytics Plus from your subscription, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at subscriptions@totalsynergy.com.
How to check if Analytics Plus is enabled/disabled
As a System Administrator - From Side Navigation, click your organisation > Organisation Settings > Subscription.
Click Manage Subscription and scroll down to Add-ons.
If Analytics Plus has been enabled for your organisation, a tick will display in the Analytics Plus check box. The Analytics Plus interactive dashboards will also be available to use.
If you have unsubscribed from Analytics Plus, the checkbox will be deselected, and you will no longer have access to the Synergy Analytics Plus interactive dashboards.
