Synergy Analytics Plus is a paid add-on to your Synergy subscription.
To include Synergy Analytics Plus in your subscription, or remove it, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at subscriptions@totalsynergy.com.
How to check if Analytics Plus is enabled/disabled
As a System Administrator -
Click the Organisation drop-down > Subscription.
Click the green ‘Change users or storage’ button.
Scroll down to Add-ons.
If Analytics Plus has been enabled for your organisation, a tick will display in the Analytics Plus check box. The Analytics Plus interactive dashboards will also be available to use.
If you have unsubscribed from Analytics Plus, the check box will be unticked and you will no longer have access to the Synergy Analytics Plus interactive dashboards.
