Synergy Analytics Plus is a paid add-on to your Synergy subscription. The steps below will guide you through Subscribing or Unsubscribing from the Add-on.
How to Subscribe to Analytics Plus
As a System Administrator -
Click the Organisation drop-down > Subscription.
Click the green ‘Change product, users or storage’ button.
Under Add-ons check the tick box for Analytics Plus, and then click the ‘Calculate’ button.
Click the ‘Next’ button at the top of the screen.
You will be taken to the payment screen where you can confirm the new total for your Subscription with an overview of your Subscription. Review your changes.
Click Pay Now to continue.
How to Unsubscribe from Analytics Plus
As a System Administrator -
Click the Organisation drop-down > Subscription.
Click the green ‘Change product, users or storage’ button.
Under Add-ons deselect the tick box for Analytics Plus, and then click the ‘Calculate’ button.
Click the ‘Next’ button at the top of the screen.
You will now no longer have access to the Synergy Analytics Plus interactive dashboards and will no longer be billed. You may still be billed for the remainder of your current month’s subscription.
