Subscribing to the Unified Workspace add-on

How to subscribe and view if you have Unified Workspace enabled.

To add Unified Workspace to your subscription as an add-on, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at subscriptions@totalsynergy.com.


Once Unified Workspace has been added and enabled, you can view the details from the Subscription page:

  1. Click on Change users or storage.

  2. Scroll down to the Add-ons section.

  3. Unified Workspace will have a tick displayed in the checkbox on the left-hand side.


How is this invoiced?

If the Unified Workspace add-on has been enabled, you will be billed as per your Synergy subscription.

Customers will need to have an existing SharePoint plan.
