Fixes
MYOB Connect: Users were unable to import multiple payments for an invoice if a payment was already imported.
Invoices: When clearing the value of a transaction line for Hourly or Capped fee type stages, the total on the Stage modal was incorrect.
SynergyHR UI: Pinning the Side Navigation was hiding the back button on the Skills and Qualifications page.
Reports: Columns with an expression were ignoring the column's merge duplicate row totals method.
(Business Subscription) Analytics+: Users on Business were unable to view the Map in Analytics+
Directors and System Administrators will now see the Map under the 'People' dashboard, this has been enabled by default for Business users.
Changes
Xero Connect/Invoices: In Xero Connect, under Invoice Settings, you can now map the Synergy Invoice Customer PO Number to the Invoice Reference field in Xero. This ensures that when invoices are sent to Xero, your customer’s PO Number appears in their invoice reference field.
Synergy Analytics/Analytics+: Dashboard colours have been updated to align with the new look of Synergy.
Synergy Analytics+: The data refresh frequency has changed from once daily, to once every 4 hours.
The new refresh schedule begins at 12:00 AM Melbourne/Sydney time. Each refresh process takes approximately 15 minutes, so updated data will be available around 12:15 AM, and then every four hours thereafter (e.g., 4:15 AM, 8:15 AM, etc.). Please note that actual refresh timing may vary slightly.

SynergyHR: Leave was accruing based on previous policies.
Project Overview: AED Currencies were showing Euro.
Data Imports: Imported office expenses couldn't be deleted after invoice cancelled.
Kanban: Assigned to-do's were not showing on Kanban board.
Invoices/Xero Connect: Payments imported from Xero with less than 0.02 marking invoices as paid.
There is now an option within your Organisation Configuration that allows you to choose if an invoice is marked as paid automatically, or manually handled if amount owing is less than 0.02c.

Project Overview Updates:
Financial Progress:
Two new totals have been added, showing you the Project's Fee/Cap and Budget totals.
Now has options to toggle between Fee or Budget (vs Charge or Cost).
Contributors: Clicking the Total Hours icon of a Contributor will take you to a pre-filtered transactions page for the staff member.
Contacts: Clicking on a Contact's name or avatar will take you to their staff or contact page.
Improvements to font to make some text fields more readable.
Better support for lower resolution screens.

Data Export: Timeout errors appearing on Organisation exports.
Project List: Some users reported slowness on Project List search.
QBO Connect: Synced invoices incorrectly showing in QBO Sync preview for some users.
Outlook Add-in: Opening add-in on email send was providing an error.
Resource Planning Board: Not loading when some filtered were applied.

Stages API: The "Transaction Value Total" returned from the Stage/Index endpoint is returning the "Transaction Value", rather than the total.
Projects: Dropdown menus such as the Breakdown dropdown intermittently disappears before an option can be selected.

Fixes
Zapier: When using the Create Project action, users couldn’t find an active project template by its ID.
Organisation Groups: In organisations without enough licenses, non-primary staff couldn’t be added.

Fixes
Work Breakdown: Some users experienced significantly slower loading times when opening the Work Breakdown or applying a project template.
Xero Connect: Retrieving a preview failed with a 400 error when payment imports were enabled.

Fixes
Reports: Filters for "Project Date Created" and "Stage Date Created" used UTC instead of org time, causing incorrect results with relative filters like "Yesterday."
Reports: "Is Greater Than" and similar filter rules didn’t allow a value to be selected, making them unusable in reports.
Invoices: Changing the invoice rate in the stage modal updated the Value column but not the rate display above, which still showed the original rate.
Project Templates: Changes to a Project Template were not being saved.
Foreign Currency: AED currencies were displayed incorrectly.

Fixes
Projects: The new project navigation menus were cached for 10 minutes causing disruption to workflows This has been decreased to 1 minute.
Invoices: When rate was changed on a transaction it was not updating the rate
elsewhere in Synergy.
Timesheets: When you edit the rate on an internal timesheet entry from standard to overtime, or from overtime to standard, and save - it reverts back to the original rate.
Timesheets: Timesheet summary was showing 0% complete when Leave was imported or Approved from Availability Calendar.
Planning Boards: When specific filters were being applied to Resource Planning, the Resource Planning board did not load.

Purchase Orders: ABN and Contact street address bookmarks in PO templates were not populating on generated PO documents.
Schedule Export: Task start and end dates were incorrect when exporting schedules to Microsoft Project (MPP).
Bills Import: Bill were importing with $0 value disbursement lines.
Invoices: Validation error prevented crediting 100% invoice cost.
*Hotfix* Invoices: Updating a transaction's rate and units on an invoice didn’t update the rate, unit, or total elsewhere in Synergy, including generated documents.
*Hotfix* Outlook add-in: Expired security certificate caused add-in error.

Fixes
Resource Planning: Resource pills were overlapping on the planning board, preventing users from adjusting weekly hours.
Timesheet Reports: The “Completed” column in timesheet reports always returned FALSE, regardless of actual completion status.
Outlook Add-in: The project list failed to load in the Outlook add-in, even after logging out, reinstalling, or switching accounts.
