July 19, 2025.

Fixes

  • Reports: Filters for "Project Date Created" and "Stage Date Created" used UTC instead of org time, causing incorrect results with relative filters like "Yesterday."

  • Reports: "Is Greater Than" and similar filter rules didn’t allow a value to be selected, making them unusable in reports.

  • Invoices: Changing the invoice rate in the stage modal updated the Value column but not the rate display above, which still showed the original rate.

  • Project Templates: Changes to a Project Template were not being saved.

  • Foreign Currency: AED currencies were displayed incorrectly.


June 28, 2025.

Fixes

  • Projects: The new project navigation menus were cached for 10 minutes causing disruption to workflows This has been decreased to 1 minute.

  • Invoices: When rate was changed on a transaction it was not updating the rate

    elsewhere in Synergy.

  • Timesheets: When you edit the rate on an internal timesheet entry from standard to overtime, or from overtime to standard, and save - it reverts back to the original rate.

  • Timesheets: Timesheet summary was showing 0% complete when Leave was imported or Approved from Availability Calendar.

  • Planning Boards: When specific filters were being applied to Resource Planning, the Resource Planning board did not load.


June 14th, 2025.

Fixes

  • Purchase Orders: ABN and Contact street address bookmarks in PO templates were not populating on generated PO documents.

  • Schedule Export: Task start and end dates were incorrect when exporting schedules to Microsoft Project (MPP).

  • Bills Import: Bill were importing with $0 value disbursement lines.

  • Invoices: Validation error prevented crediting 100% invoice cost.

  • *Hotfix* Invoices: Updating a transaction's rate and units on an invoice didn’t update the rate, unit, or total elsewhere in Synergy, including generated documents.

  • *Hotfix* Outlook add-in: Expired security certificate caused add-in error.


June 1st, 2025.

Fixes

  • Resource Planning: Resource pills were overlapping on the planning board, preventing users from adjusting weekly hours.

  • Timesheet Reports: The “Completed” column in timesheet reports always returned FALSE, regardless of actual completion status.

  • Outlook Add-in: The project list failed to load in the Outlook add-in, even after logging out, reinstalling, or switching accounts.

Changes:

  • SSL Certificates for Total synergy have been updated
