Dashboard Explained

Monthly chargeable utilisation trended by office, role and individual. Utilisation Trend is the historical performance view — it shows whether utilisation is improving or declining over time and enables comparison between offices, grades, and target.

How to use it

Use Utilisation Trend in monthly leadership reviews to report on resourcing efficiency. Compare the rolling average against target to determine whether the firm is broadly on track. If one office is consistently below target while others are on or above, investigate whether that office has a project pipeline gap or a resourcing composition issue (too many senior staff, insufficient project demand at their level). Cross-reference with Capacity Planning to understand whether the trend is likely to continue or reverse.
