Dashboard Explained
Staff tenure by cohort, average tenure by slice, leaver tenure trend, and upcoming work anniversaries. Tenure Analysis shows how long staff have been with the firm and highlights turnover patterns by length of service.
How to use it
Use Tenure Analysis to spot whether turnover is concentrated in a particular tenure cohort (e.g. staff leaving within their first year) — a pattern worth investigating separately from overall turnover rate. Check Work Anniversaries ahead of each month to plan recognition for upcoming milestones.
