Dashboard Explained

Current leave balance, accrued and taken hours by staff member and leave type. Leave Balances gives HR and resource managers a single view of each staff member's leave position across all leave types.

How to use it

Use Leave Balances to check individual or team leave positions before approving leave requests or planning resourcing around upcoming leave. Sort by Balance to identify staff with large accrued balances who may need to be encouraged to take leave, and use Leave Type to isolate a specific balance (e.g. Annual Leave vs Personal/Carer's Leave).
