What are the staff active projects?
A list of the projects where the open staff member is listed on the project contacts tab is shown. When a staff member is put onto the project contacts tab, they are part of the project team of internal staff and external contacts. This tab shows a list of these projects for any project status options.
Why use the staff active projects?
See all the projects that the open staff member is listed as being part of the project team.
Actions available
Open a project
Open the staff record.
Go to the projects tab.
A list of the projects that the open staff member is listed as being part of the project team is shown. This means the staff member is listed on the project contacts tab.
Click on a project row in the list to open the project.
Columns shown
The projects tab columns are:
Project # -The unique project number (made up from the prefix and number and suffix).
Project name -The project name used internally.
Project status - The current status of the project.
