Adding Stages or Tasks to a Project from the Timesheets Page

Quick add stages and tasks from the timesheet screen

Edition: Professional, Business, Enterprise

User-level: Project manager, Director, Assistant administrator, System administrator


Quickly add stages or tasks to the project as you are submitting your weekly timesheets.


  1. Organisation menu > timesheets

  2. Select the project from the dropdown

  3. For stages and tasks scroll to the bottom fo the list of existing items and select Add or CTRL+A

  4. Type the name of the new stage or task.

  5. Click Save.


Tips!

  • New stages are added with the fee type 'hourly rate' assigned. This can be changed later in the project work breakdown tab if needed.
