How to resolve redirection errors when attempting to access the Sample Organisation

If you are attempting to access the Sample Organisation and seeing a Redirection Error, use the steps below to resolve this issue.


Confirm Your Email Address

If you are seeing a Redirection Error when attempting to access the Sample Organisation, you may need to confirm your sign up.


By logging into the email you have provided when setting up your User Profile, you should be able to see a confirmation email like the example below. If you can see this email, click the 'Confirm sign up' button.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

If you do not see the confirmation email, check for it in your Spam or Junk inbox.

Re-send the Confirmation Email

If you have not received the confirmation email, you will need to re-send it. Navigate to your User Profile in the Synergy app, click the green tick next to your email address, and then click 'Resend Email'.

Once you have confirmed your email address, you will no longer receive redirection errors when attempting to access the Sample Organisation.
