Dashboard Explained
Individual timesheet entries with project, activity, hours and approval status. Timesheet Detail is the raw data view — used for auditing specific entries, investigating charge anomalies, and confirming that timesheets are complete and posted before the weekly approval cycle closes.
How to use it
Use Timesheet Detail when a specific charge entry looks incorrect in another dashboard, or when confirming that a staff member's hours have been fully posted before month-end. Filter to Unapproved or Unposted status to identify entries that haven't completed the approval cycle — these will not yet be visible in WIP, charge, or utilisation calculations. This view is also used in project audits to confirm that time recorded matches the project activities expected for the period.
Understanding your data

Staff Member | The staff member who recorded the time entry |
