This September the synergy release has a few sweet treats coming your way! Our team has worked hard to bring you standard reports and extra reporting fields for Synergy CRM (Paid Add-on). We've worked hard to make key improvements in the product, including more specific error messages and duplicating phases in stage management. Read all about the latest changes below.

CRM Reporting (Paid Add-on)
We have added a variety of new fields to the reporting module making it easier than ever to report on the information that you need to. The following fields have been added:
Next To Do’s Field - One todo per project
Most recent activity fields - One activity per project
CRM Statistics Fields - Total number of jobs, Total value, Average value, Average payment days, Win rate and Win rate percent.
CRM General Fields - Close date and opportunity details field
We have also created new standard reports that you can utilize or customize to make your own. These will be available in the standard list of reports.

Stage management
We have made managing a project even easier by adding the ability to let you 'duplicate a phase'. When you duplicate a phase, you will also duplicate all stages within it. Read more
Budget APIs
We have exposed our new fields for Budget Category to be accessible through our APIs, so now you can better quantify your budget to Internal, External, and Expenses.
Fixes and Improvements
Fixed an issue where Contacts were not synchronizing with MYOB due to an invalid ABN.
Fixed an issue where you might be shown an error for uploading a duplicate file, even if the file has a unique name.
Fixed an issue to make it clearer that on-hold transactions can’t be written off (or a write-off undone).
Fixed an issue where some invalid payment details could be imported from Xero.
