Edit Staff Utilisation Threshold

View Staff Unavailability
You can now see when staff are unavailable when resourcing your projects, based on their scheduled leave.

We’ve implemented a variety of fixes to help improve the way Synergy works.
Edit your staff Utilisation Threshold
Listening to your feedback, we’ve introduced the ability to update the Utilisation Threshold for your staff resourcing, giving you the ability to customise the percentage at which your team’s utilisation appears over or underutilised. This means you have greater flexibility and can more accurately track your project workload when resourcing from the Planning Boards. Changing the utilisation percentage will affect all staff in your organisation.
Greater resourcing insights with Staff Unavailability
When it comes to resourcing a project, you need as much information as possible to make the right decisions about who to assign where. We’ve now added insights on your staff unavailability directly into the Planning Boards so you can see if a staff member is unavailable, based on their scheduled leave within the next 90 days.
You can see this appear as tooltips on the Staff action panes from the Resource Planning Board and Project Schedule, and from the other Planning Boards you’ll see it in the Stage Resourcing and Customise Resource areas.

We’ve improved the visualisation of the Revenue Forecasting Planning Board so that you can now see a full 12 months of data on screens with a 1080p resolution.
Project Stages - Fixed an issue where unnecessary errors would occur when editing dates on a Stage.
Planning Boards - Fixed an issue where the Gross Revenue Report was incorrectly appearing as a view option in Planning Boards.
Revenue Forecast - Fixed an issue where column names would not appear correctly, and refresh did not work when exporting a report from the Revenue Forecast.
