You can change between Professional, Business, Enterprise at any time. To change the product edition of Synergy that you're using you'll need to take the following steps.
Navigate to Organisation drop down > Subscription > 'change product, users or storage'.
Select the product level from the Product dropdown list.
Select 'calculate' at the bottom of the page to review the adjust monthly subscription fee.
Select 'next' in the top right corner.
