Halloween may be near, but this release has no spooky surprises just some great treats from us to you! We’ve worked hard to bring you Purchase Orders and custom email domains. We’ve updated existing features including adding new filters on the planning board and fine-tuned other areas like invoicing.

NEW

Purchase Orders

We have introduced Purchase Orders to Synergy! These are available in the project section under the Financials banner. When using Purchase Orders, you will be able to:

  • Generate, customize, finalize and send a Purchase Order document.

  • Reconcile a Purchase Order to one or more bill

Custom Email Domain

  • We have added the ability for you to set up custom email domains in Synergy. A default email can be set up as an organisation wide default which allows selected offices to all send accounting emails from the same email address (eg. accounts@mydomain.com) or you can individually set a default per office (e.g. newcastleaccounts@mydomain.com for a newcastle based office). Planning Board

  • We have added new filters including project manager, stage manager and project filter to the project planning, resourcing, and forecasting boards. Read more

  • We have added a primary rate filter to the resource planning board.

Document Templates

  • We have added sorting functionality to the transaction document table in the invoice templates.

FIXES

  • Fixed drag and drop functionality in the documents section.

  • Fixed project manager filter on the invoice list page.

  • Fixed an error issue in the global search functionality .

  • Fixed an issue where invoices were not sending out from synergy.

  • Fixed an issue where the weighted forecast expression equalled 0.
