What does the monthly invoice totals report show?
The monthly invoice totals dashboard report allows you to view, at a glance the total dollar value invoiced for projects month by month across the current year.
The Y axis: The Y axis shows the monetary value increasing in 250k increments
The X axis: The X axis shows the months (written in quarters)
Green bar graph: This shows the invoice amount totals by month
How is the monthly invoice totals report calculated?
The monthly invoice totals report is calculated by summing the invoice dollar amounts of all project invoices sent during a month period.
Hover over any bar on the graph to bring up the tooltip
The tooltip shows the total invoiced amount ($) and the month and year the total relates to.
All projects vs My projects
Use the dropdown menu on the top right-hand side of the dashboard report to switch between the All projects view and My projects view
All Projects: This shows the monthly invoice totals for all projects in the organisation
My projects: This shows the monthly invoice totals for all projects that you are the project manager of
